2) Have your info ready, such as your job description, and have handy the credit report, which you can get free on credit karma.com.

2) 5rms. 2beds. 1.5 baths, front terrace, driveway, garage, basement and yard. Rent $2600
3) 4.5 rooms, good for single or maybe a couple. Modern. Rent $1750
Tenants need 1 months security, one months rent and one months rental fee commission. Or 3x's the rent to secure the apartment.
